The Shipping Process:

We know shipping a bouquet sounds like a crazy idea but we have figured out a really good process to avoid flowers dying during transportation! Here are the steps:

1. Keep your bouquet in water until you get ready to send it to us (**SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF EVENT**)

2. When you are ready to ship your bouquet, take a wet t-shirt, paper towel, or wet rag and wrap it around the stems - this will be the source of water the flowers have during their journey to us!

3. Use a rubber band to secure it in place.

4. Take a plastic bag and wrap that around the stems to keep the water from going all over the place.

5. Do not do anything to the heads. Keep them open and breathing!

6. Please include a note for us in your package with the name of the order and order number attached to your bouquet!

7. Take it to UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. and tell them that you need to expedite shipping to us.

8. Our address is 568 E 200 S Provo, UT 84606

9. Message or email us the tracking number for your package found on your receipt!

10. We will email you or message you on Etsy when we get your bouquet!

The Preservation Process:

1. Once we receive your bouquet we will go straight to work pressing it - the last thing we want to do is waste precious time so we get started ASAP!

2. We will rotate your flowers every other day to avoid molding and to get them dry quickly.

3. Once they are completely dry, we will arrange them in your frame/necklace and seal everything up. Please send us a photo of your bouquet from your wedding/event to help us in this design process!

4. Finally we will pack up your piece and ship it out to you!

5. Usually the process takes about 6-8 weeks from when we get your bouquet until you get back the preserved version. If we are running behind schedule, we will let you know and give you an updated date of when you should be getting it :)

Let us know if you have any questions about shipping or the process and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Keep in Mind:

Your flowers’ colors will fade and some browning may occur. To ensure the best look for your pressed bouquet, return/ship the bouquet as promptly as possible (within 48 hours of your wedding) and try and keep them in water as much as
possible before then! The fresher the flowers, the better they will look pressed!

We use plexiglass for the frames we ship for a number of reasons:

  • Protecting Your Precious Flowers: Many of our frames have cracked or broken while being handled in the mail (shipping carriers do not always treat our fragile frames like they should). This ruins the flowers and we want to keep your special flowers as safe as possible!  Plexiglass is considered shatterproof and will guarantee that it makes it to you safely.
  • Lighter Frames: Plexiglass is much lighter than regular glass. This allows you to hang up your frame on the wall and be less worried about it falling and breaking
  • Feature: Plexiglass produces much less glare than regular glass, allowing you to see your beautiful flowers more easily.

If you prefer to have glass, you are free to go to a local Micheals or home store and get a 16x20 frame to replace the plexiglass with real glass!

For those who have previously had their wedding and their flowers are now gone or wilty/dying, we can repurchase and press your flowers to create a similar look and feel to your actual bouquet! Repurchasing your bouquet is an additional $100. This will save on shipping costs, even though your frame will not be as sentimental. Let me know if you are interested and we can work out the details!

Try and keep your pressed frame out of direct sunlight, as this will help keep the flower's color from fading!
